Terms and Conditions

By booking a stay at Redwood Inn & Suites, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

1. Reservations and Payments

  • All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card.

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will receive a refund minus 25% of the total booking amount.

4. Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in time is from 4:00 PM.

  • Check-out time is by 9:00 AM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Age Restriction

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room.

​

6. Room Policies

  • No smoking is allowed inside the rooms.

  • Pets are not allowed without prior authorization from the owners.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

7. Liability

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • Guests must adhere to the property’s safety regulations and guidelines.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation and communication purposes.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith.
